In May 2026, VJP FASTTRACK assisted a family traveling from Japan to Vietnam, supporting them from their arrival and immigration procedures through to their domestic-to-international connection and departure for home.
The passengers were a Japanese family traveling with a young child.

May 6 | Arrival Assistance at Tan Son Nhat International Airport
On May 6, 2026, the family arrived in Ho Chi Minh City from Kansai International Airport (KIX) on Vietnam Airlines flight VN321.
This was their first time using VJP FASTTRACK. They booked the service after receiving a recommendation from an acquaintance.

Returning Home After a Family Holiday in Da Nang
After arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, the family continued their holiday in Da Nang.
On May 12, 2026, they used VJP FASTTRACK again while returning to Kansai International Airport via Hanoi.
Their return itinerary included Vietnam Airlines flight VN6070 from Da Nang to Hanoi and flight VN334 from Hanoi to Kansai.
The connection took place late at night and required the family to transfer with their young child from the domestic terminal to the international terminal.
May 12 | Late-Night Transfer Assistance at Noi Bai International Airport
Our representative met the family at the domestic terminal of Noi Bai International Airport (HAN).
The family was then transferred by private vehicle to the international terminal, where our team assisted them with international flight check-in and departure procedures.
