Terms of Use and Payment Conditions

Before using VJP FASTTRACK services, please review the service scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation policy, and change conditions carefully.

These terms apply to all customers who book or use VJP FASTTRACK services.

Service Definition

VJP FASTTRACK provides airport assistance for priority procedures, including meet-and-greet support, assistance with immigration procedures, guidance to tax refund counters, check-in assistance, and related services.

This service is not an official service provided by immigration authorities or airlines.

Service Scope

Depending on your booking, we may provide the following services.

  • Guidance from the meeting point to the relevant procedure counter
  • Assistance with check-in and baggage drop-off (subject to airline regulations)
  • Assistance with immigration procedures through priority lanes for departures and arrivals
  • Guidance to the boarding gate or, after arrival, to the baggage claim area
※Certain airport procedures are subject to the regulations of security, customs, airlines, and other relevant authorities. VJP FASTTRACK cannot intervene in decisions made by these organizations.

Fees and Payment

The applicable service fee will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Payment must be made in advance or in accordance with the instructions provided by our staff.
  • Service fees do not include lounge admission, airline ticket upgrade charges, customs fees, or any other additional costs that may arise.
※Fees and payment methods may vary depending on the service requested, number of passengers, airport, time of service, and scope of assistance.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellation

More than 24 hours before the scheduled service time

You will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid .

Cancellation

Within 24 hours of the scheduled service time

The amount paid is non-refundable.

Booking Change

More than 8 hours before the scheduled service time

No change fee will apply.

Booking Change

Within 8 hours of the scheduled service time

A USD 10 change fee will apply.

※Requested changes may not be possible depending on booking availability, staff arrangements, and airport operating conditions.

Service Conditions

Customers must comply with the following requirements.

  • Provide accurate passport details, flight information, arrival and departure times, baggage information, and any other required information
  • Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
  • Follow the rules and instructions of the airport, airline, and relevant authorities
If the information provided is incorrect or the customer arrives late at the designated meeting time, VJP FASTTRACK will not be liable, and the service fee will not be refunded.

VJP FASTTRACK Responsibilities

VJP FASTTRACK will make reasonable efforts to provide the following.

  • Staff arrangements in accordance with the confirmed booking
  • Assistance as promptly as reasonably possible within the scope permitted by the airport
  • Courteous and professional customer service

Disclaimer

VJP FASTTRACK will not be liable for the following circumstances.

  • Delays caused by security screening, customs, airlines, immigration authorities, or other relevant authorities
  • Denial of entry or departure based on a decision by the relevant authorities
  • Loss, theft, or damage to baggage, or any other issue occurring outside the scope of the service

Personal Data Protection

VJP FASTTRACK will appropriately manage customers’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Such information will only be used to provide services, confirm bookings, and communicate when necessary.

Agreement to These Terms

By booking a VJP FASTTRACK service, the customer is deemed to have reviewed and agreed to all of these Terms of Use and Payment Conditions.
