The Full Process in 30 Seconds|From Booking Request to Arrival Day
Submitting the booking form does not mean that your booking is confirmed. After the required information, payment and local arrangements have been reviewed, your booking will be confirmed. The process then continues in the following order: T-3 → T-1 → approximately 15 minutes before the latest ETA → arrival and meeting → support according to your booked plan .

Reconfirm Your Booking and the Overall Day-of Process
Around three days before your service date, we reconfirm your booking, flight, number of passengers and selected plan, and send a reminder explaining the overall day-of procedure.
At this stage, the assigned airport representative and exact meeting position should not be treated as final confirmed information.
Official Instructions for Your Day-of Meeting
The information sent on the day before service is the official operational guidance to be used for your airport meeting. It includes the specific meeting location, assigned staff information, identification image, actual sign or name board and the day-of contact method.
If airport operations require any change, please follow the latest information sent on the day before or on the day of service.
Staff Positioning Based on the Latest ETA
VJP FASTTRACK monitors the flight status on the day of service. Staff positioning is based on the latest ETA reflecting an early arrival or delay, rather than only the original scheduled arrival time .
The airport representative normally moves to the designated meeting point approximately 15 minutes before the latest ETA. When possible, a current photo showing the staff’s waiting position will also be sent.
Early Arrival or Delay|We Do Not Rely Only on the Original Schedule
The actual arrival time can change depending on the flight operation on the day. VJP FASTTRACK checks the latest flight status and adjusts the staff waiting time accordingly.
Check flight number, service date and original arrival schedule
Check the day-of flight status and latest ETA
Move to the meeting location approximately 15 minutes before the latest ETA
When possible, send a current photo of the waiting position

If the meeting location or staff movement changes, follow the latest information sent on the day before or on the service day.
Day-of Support Scope by Booked Plan
This section is not a pricing comparison for choosing a new plan. It is designed to help you understand how the plan you have already booked works on the service day.
Priority
Guidance to the standard priority immigration lane. After immigration, you meet the staff again for an entry stamp check and guidance to the expected baggage carousel.
Priority Plus
Uses the exact same priority immigration lane as Priority. The difference is the extended support scope after immigration toward the arrivals exit area.
Premium
Guidance to the fastest priority immigration lane. At HAN, a time saving of more than 80% compared with the regular lane can generally be expected.
VVIP Non-stop
Support from the arrival gate or another airport-designated meeting point, continuing through immigration, baggage collection, customs and the arrivals exit.
Priority|Detailed Day-of Flow
If you have booked Priority, please check in advance how far the airport representative can accompany you, what happens after immigration, and where the Priority service ends .
Meet the Staff at the Designated Location
Check the assigned representative, identification sign and meeting information sent at T-1. If a current airport photo has been sent shortly before arrival, check that as well before meeting the staff.
Guidance to the Priority Immigration Lane Entrance
After meeting you, the representative guides you to the entrance of the standard priority immigration lane.
Complete Immigration
Proceed through the lane indicated by the staff and follow the instructions of the immigration officer.
Meet the Staff Again After Immigration
After completing immigration and leaving the immigration control area, the representative will meet you again.
Entry Stamp Check
The representative checks whether the passport entry stamp is present and confirms the relevant details. You may also check it yourself if preferred.
Guidance to the Expected Baggage Carousel
If you have checked baggage, the representative will show you the expected baggage carousel for your arriving flight.
Priority Service Ends
Priority service ends once you have been shown the expected baggage carousel location.
Priority Plus|Detailed Day-of Flow
Priority Plus uses the exact same priority immigration lane as Priority. The difference is that support after immigration continues farther toward the arrivals exit area.
Meet the Staff at the Designated Location
Check the assigned representative, identification sign and meeting information sent at T-1. If a current airport photo has been sent, check that as well before meeting the staff.
Guidance to the Same Priority Lane Used by Priority
After meeting you, the representative guides you to the same priority immigration lane entrance used for the Priority plan.
Complete Immigration
Proceed through the priority lane indicated by the representative and follow the immigration officer’s instructions.
Meet the Staff Again After Immigration
After completing immigration and leaving the immigration control area, meet the representative again.
Guidance Toward the Arrivals Exit
After immigration, the representative continues guiding you toward the arrivals exit according to your booking and the airport flow on the day. If you have checked baggage, the exact support procedure will be explained in the latest booking confirmation or T-1 instructions.
Priority Plus Service Ends
Priority Plus ends once you have been guided to the arrivals exit area specified in your booking.
VVIP Non-stop|Detailed Day-of Flow
VVIP Non-stop is a premium arrival service designed for VIP and executive guests, providing coordinated support from the arrival gate or another airport-designated meeting point, through immigration, baggage collection, customs and the arrivals exit .
Flight Status Is Monitored
VJP FASTTRACK checks the flight status and latest ETA on the service day. If the flight arrives early or is delayed, staff positioning is adjusted according to the latest arrival information.
Meet Near the Arrival Gate or Airport-Designated Point
Based on your booking and airport operations on the day, the assigned representative will meet you near the arrival gate or another airport-designated point. The actual meeting position may vary depending on aircraft parking position, boarding bridge or bus operation and other airport operating conditions.
Guidance to the VVIP Immigration Route
The representative guides you to the immigration route being used for VVIP Non-stop on the day. The specific lane or route depends on airport operations and the arrangements confirmed for your booking.
Immigration
VVIP Non-stop does not eliminate the immigration procedure itself. Immigration is conducted according to the procedures of the relevant authorities, and the final decision on entry is made by the immigration officer.
Continue Toward Baggage Collection
After immigration, if you have checked baggage, you will be guided toward the baggage claim area. Support does not end after baggage collection and continues toward customs and the arrivals exit.
Guidance Through Customs Toward the Arrivals Exit
After baggage collection, you will be guided through the applicable airport route toward customs and the arrivals exit. The service does not end immediately after immigration and continues through the overall arrival flow.
VVIP Non-stop Service Ends
VVIP Non-stop ends once you have been guided to the arrivals exit or another airport endpoint confirmed for your booking.
If You Cannot Find the Airport Representative
Do Not Proceed Through Immigration Until You Have Met the Assigned Staff
Once you enter the immigration control area, airport regulations may prevent the assigned representative from entering the area where you are located. If you cannot find the staff member, remain near the designated meeting point and contact VJP FASTTRACK immediately.
Remain near the designated meeting point
Recheck the T-1 staff photo, identification sign and meeting instructions
If a current location photo has been sent, check the latest waiting position
Contact the day-of contact number provided in your confirmation or T-1 instructions
Proceed to the indicated immigration lane only after meeting the staff
※ If you proceed into the immigration control area without contacting us, the staff may no longer be able to meet you and the booked service may become impossible to provide. Please refer to your booking information and terms of service for cancellation and refund conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions About Post-Booking & Day-of Procedures
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the booking form?
No. Submitting the form means that your booking request has been received. After the required information, payment and local arrangements have been confirmed, VJP FASTTRACK will send your formal booking confirmation.
What is checked at T-3?
Around three days before service, we reconfirm your booking, flight, passenger count and booked plan and send a reminder explaining the overall day-of procedure. At this stage, the assigned airport representative and exact meeting point should not be treated as final confirmed information.
What is included in the T-1 instructions?
The T-1 message contains the official information used for the day-of meeting, including the specific meeting point, assigned representative, identification image, actual sign or name board and the day-of contact method.
When does the airport representative start waiting?
Staff positioning is based on the latest ETA rather than only the original scheduled arrival time. The representative normally moves to the designated meeting point approximately 15 minutes before the latest ETA.
What happens if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
We check the flight status on the day and adjust the representative’s waiting time based on the latest ETA reflecting the early arrival or delay.
