Your family’s final destination may be Da Nang or Phu Quoc. However, when an international flight from Japan first arrives in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, passengers must enter Vietnam and connect to a domestic flight before continuing to the final destination.
After leaving the international flight, several procedures follow: immigration, checked-baggage collection, customs, transfer from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, domestic check-in, and security screening.

What is Family Round-Trip Comfort?
It is a round-trip package combining the international-to-domestic connection on arrival with the domestic-to-international connection for the journey home.
Why are the prices different at HAN and SGN?
Because Departure Priority is 65 USD per person at SGN and 50 USD per person at HAN.
Can we use different airports for the outbound and return journeys?
Yes. Itineraries such as SGN outbound and HAN on the return are welcome. We calculate the quotation by combining the applicable sector rates.
Are the vehicles complimentary in both directions?
For eligible inter-terminal transfers, one 7-seat vehicle is complimentary in each direction.
Is Departure Priority available for VietJet Air?
Availability differs by airport. Some services may not be available, particularly at SGN or DAD. We will confirm after reviewing the flight number.
Are airport lounges included?
Domestic and international lounges are not included in Family Round-Trip Comfort. Consider Family Premium Journey when lounge access is required.
Can you support a late-night return flight?
Support may be available. A night or early-morning surcharge may apply during the relevant hours.
Is boarding the international flight guaranteed if the domestic flight is delayed?
No. A domestic delay, baggage delivery, international check-in deadline, or other conditions may cause the connection to be missed.

Which package is most recommended?
Family Round-Trip Comfort is recommended for families connecting through HAN or SGN in both directions. Choose Family Transit Essential for arrival support only, or Family Premium Journey when you would like arrival-gate meet and greet or lounge arrangements.
What should we do if we cannot choose a package ourselves?
Send all outbound and return flights, family size, children’s ages, and baggage count. We will review the itinerary and recommend an appropriate plan.
Are the displayed prices per person?
Fast track and airport assistance are charged per passenger. Vehicles are charged per vehicle, while night and early-morning charges are calculated by group and eligible service.
Up to what age does the child rate apply?
Children under age 6 are charged 50% of the applicable airport-support base rate. Passengers aged 6 and above pay the adult rate.
Is there a charge for infants?
Children under age 6 are generally charged the 50% child rate. Lounge rules follow each facility’s age policy.
Can we use different airports for the outbound and return journeys?
Yes. You may use different airports, such as SGN outbound and HAN on the return. The quotation combines the applicable service rates for each sector.
Can we use support for the return journey only?
Yes. Domestic Arrival Support, terminal transfer, Departure Priority, and other services may be combined individually.
Can we use the service when the international and domestic tickets are booked separately?
Yes. However, when tickets are separate, the airline may not protect the next ticket if the first flight is delayed.
What is the minimum connection time?
It cannot be determined by one fixed duration. It depends on the airport, airline, baggage, ticket arrangement, terminals, and arrival time.
Can you guarantee that we will make the connecting flight?
No. Arrival delays, baggage delivery, individual screening, airline check-in deadlines, and other factors may prevent boarding of the next flight.
What happens if the arriving flight is delayed?
When the flight number remains unchanged, we check the arrival status where possible. A change of date, flight number, or airport may require rearrangement.
Where will we meet the staff?
The location depends on the package, airport, and arrival procedure. After confirmation, we provide the meeting location, name-board details, and same-day contact method.
Can the staff meet us near the aircraft exit?
With Family Premium Journey, staff meet passengers near the aircraft exit or shuttle-bus arrival point when airport operations permit.
Will staff meet us inside the aircraft?
No. Staff do not enter the aircraft. Passengers meet the staff at a location permitted by airport security rules.
Is the terminal-transfer vehicle complimentary?
For eligible transfers between terminals at HAN or SGN, the 7-seat vehicle specified for each package is complimentary.
Can a family of six travel in one 7-seat vehicle?
It depends on baggage volume. Large suitcases or a stroller may require an additional or larger vehicle.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes. Please inform us when booking because we need to review its folded dimensions and the volume of other baggage.
Can the staff carry our baggage?
A dedicated porter is not included in the standard packages. When required, we check availability as an additional service.
Can wheelchair assistance be arranged?
Please enquire. Wheelchair service provided by the airline and VJP FASTTRACK support may require separate arrangements.
Can we book hotel transfer at the same time?
It may be available. A 4-seat vehicle, 7-seat vehicle, limousine, or another suitable vehicle can be arranged additionally.
Are lounges included in every package?
No. Domestic and international lounges are arranged after itinerary review under Family Premium Journey.
Can children use the lounge?
Children can use many lounges, but age-based pricing, complimentary age limits, and admission conditions differ by facility.
Is lounge admission guaranteed?
Admission to a specific lounge is not always guaranteed. Capacity, temporary closure, or changes to opening hours may prevent access.
Is the service available for VietJet Air?
It depends on the service and airport. Some Departure Priority options may not be available, particularly at SGN or DAD.
Can you also arrange a visa?
Visa application assistance is not included in the Family Travel Package. Customers should check the latest entry requirements themselves.
Can you guarantee entry into Vietnam?
No. Entry permission and screening decisions are made by the Vietnamese immigration authorities.
Can we consult in Japanese?
Yes. You can discuss flights, family composition, required support, pricing, and the service-day flow in Japanese.
How far in advance should we book?
Because staff, vehicles, and lounges need to be arranged, please enquire as early as possible after the flights are confirmed.
Will the service finish in the same time shown on the page?
No. Displayed times are previous cases or illustrative examples and vary according to congestion, baggage, and airport operations.
Will the same staff member support us at every airport?
Different staff may be assigned by airport or service sector. Booking information is coordinated across all sectors.
When is the final price confirmed?
The final price is confirmed after reviewing all flights, family composition, ages, baggage, vehicles, lounges, service times, and optional services.
What is the complimentary phone interpretation support during our stay in Vietnam?
It is a complimentary service for FAMILY AIRPORT JOURNEY customers who need help with basic communication by phone or LINE call during their stay in Vietnam. On-site staff dispatch and accompanying interpretation are not included.
In what situations can phone interpretation be used?
It may be used for basic enquiries at hotels, restaurants, vehicle meeting points, attractions, and similar situations. Specialist interpretation for medical, legal, police, contractual, or other high-responsibility matters may not be available.
